Agreement

These terms cover use of weehs.org and the WE EHS products offered from it — fire equipment, hazardous energy control, permits to work, ISO 45001 audits, risk assessment, and the OHS suite. By using the site, starting a trial, or signing in to a product, you agree to them. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to do so.

Trials

You can start a free trial for the period shown on the site, currently 14 days. No payment card is taken on this marketing site to start a trial. The trial is for evaluating the product with your organisation’s data or with sample data. At the end of a trial you can export registers and reports to Excel or PDF.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your sign-in secret. The first account that registers a new organisation becomes its admin and controls who else may join and what they can open. Tell that administrator, and WE EHS if needed, if you believe an account is being used without permission.

Acceptable use

Use the site and the products for lawful occupational safety work. Do not attempt to open an account, a site, or a record you are not allowed to see. Do not probe, disrupt, or overload the service, and do not use it to harm someone or to break the law.

Records you keep

Site and safety records are entered and maintained by the organisation that owns the workspace. They can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. The software helps you keep and export those records. It does not replace the judgment of a competent person, and it is not an emergency service.

Intellectual property

WE EHS owns the software and the branding. The organisation keeps its rights in the records it enters. You receive a limited right to use the service while these terms allow it. You do not receive a right to copy the software or to present it as your own.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, WE EHS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on a record your organisation entered or that was unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Stopping or suspending access

You may stop using the service at any time. An organisation administrator may remove a user. WE EHS may suspend access if these terms are broken or if continuing would create a security risk. Sections that should survive by their nature, including intellectual property, liability, and governing law, do survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
